Felix GAUDET married either Marie-Anne CORMIER or her sister Marie CORMIER.
The date of the marriage to Felix GAUDET was in 1774 and their son, Pierre, was born in 1776. Of the two possible birth dates for Felix's wife, I believe that the correct birth date should be 1757 not 22 Aug 1763. The birth date of 1757 would have her marriage at the age of 17 rather than at the age of 11.
Therefore I cite Marie CORMIER (b.1757) as being the spouse of Felix GAUDET.
I believe that sources are mistaken if they attach a birth date of 22 Aug 1763 to the spouse of Felix GAUDET.
Various sources report various facts:
In Feb 2001, source DC0001, David Cole (WorldConnect:davidcole3) cited only 1 sister Marie Cormier (b. 22 Aug 1763) with no sister Marie-Anne. She is unmarried.
This will soon be revised to show Marie Anne (B. 1757) being married toFelix Gaudet. This information comes from a combination of the various sources mentioned here.

This source does not mention another older Marie CORMIER (B. 1757). Other sources, such as GLaffy, do mention 4 daughters.

Source DC0049, Noella Ried, (WorldConnect:sReidroot ) assigns a birth date of 1757 to Felix's wife Marie-Anne CORMIER. Their marriage was on 30 Oct 1774 in Miquelon. This source mentions sisters Madeleine and Anastasie but makes no mention of a sister named Marie. The parents of Marie-Anne CORMIER were Francois CORMIER (B. c1731) and Marie BOURGEOIS (B. c 1732).
