She was the sister of the 3rd Baron of Halton, William FitzWilliam, andsole heir upon his death. She married Eustace FitzJohn who became the Fourth Baron. She was his 2nd wife. He was the son of John "Monoculous" [I guess he lost an eye somehow], and died in battle, fighting the Welshin 1157.
