BIRTH: One record lists his last name Cole. Ancestral File lists his christening as 17 May 1805. The Archive Record says he was 62 when he died. If he died in 1880, he would have been born in 1818; and if he died in 1865, he would have been born in 1803.?
The Archive Records lists his father as James Coles and one family group sheet lists William Coles. The bottom of the Archive Record that lists the father as James Coles says: Extensive search did not locate the Chr. [Christening] of husb.; connections based on area search and no conflict.
James and Jane are twins.
DEATH: The Ancestral File lists his death 1880. He was 62 when he died.
