He found himself alone in Port-Royal in 1763, but there are indicationsthat he was already a widower at this time. March 3rd, 1771 in WindsorNova Scotia, he married for a second time to Marguerite Boudreau, who also seemed to be a widow. Amable & Marguerite lived in the Bay Ste-Marie in 1774 and a few years later settled in Memramcook.
