The source DC0006 was unclear about the surname. Did Thomas Bagnall Kimpton marry Susannah ?. Or did Thomas Bagnall marry Susannah Kimpton.
The source indicates that the father and mother of the "spouse named Kimpton" were clearly Thomas Kimpton and Charlotte Bagnall.
Either Thomas was given a middle name of Bagnall because it was his mothers maiden name
or
Susannah happened to marry a man with the same surname as her mother's maiden name.
I prefer to assume the former.
