George LILOF, the second husband of Jessica (née GOATCHER) GODWIN, had previously married Dorothy WATT-JONES, the sister of Eleanor WATT-JONES who was married to Jessica GOATCHER's brother WIlliam Noel GOATCHER. It is generally felt by all, including Jessica herself, that George LILOF married Jessica (née GOATCHER) GODWIN for her money. George LILOF is buried in Lansdown Cemetery in Bath, Eng.

In the summer of 1964, I (David COLE) went to England for the first time. He met with Jessica GOATCHER in Bath that summer. There was no introduction to (nor mention of) George LILOF. I now presume that he musthave died prior to 1964.

On page 107 of her book, Jessica mentions Annie GOATCHER's long hair during a trip to Canada with George LILOF. On that occasion, Jessica writes that Annie was 79. Annie was 79 in 1962, which means that George LILOF was still alive in 1962. Also on page 107, she writes:
One year he said that he would like to take me to Biaritz. . ..
which means that he, George LILOF was still alive in 1963. I conclude that he probably died in 1963.
