Initial hand evaluation
   count 1/Jack + 2/Queen + 3/King + 4/Ace
   add 1 for each 2 card suit
   add 2 for each 1 card suit
   add 3 for each null suit

Opening Bids
   1 of a major needs a 5 card major
   Better minors (2 of a minor, like a short club)
       needs at least a 4 card major
   correction to a minor needs 6 cards
   Weak 2s: a 6 card suit and 7 High-card points
   1NT (15-17 points and no singletons)
   2NT (20-21 points)
   2C  (22-23 points)
      Response:	2D if 0-3
		2H if 4-6
		2S if 7-9
   3NT (24 points or more)
   3 if 7 card suit and at least 7 points
Overcalls
   TakeOut Double
       double an opposing bid with opening points
       (partner must not pass . . . )
   if 3 passes and 10 points then bit 1S
   Weak 2s
   3 if 7card suit and at least 7 points
Responses
   pass if less than 6 points
   to 1 NT is 3NT if 10 points
   jump (if opening points)
   to a major is 1NT (if no support but at least 7 points)
   *Stayman (2C after 1NT indicates a 4 card major)
Transfers to majors
Transfers to minors (need 6)
Blackwood	4NT response is 5C (0 or 4 aces)
		5NT response is 6C (0 or 4 kings)
*Gerber       4C: response is 4D (0 or 4 aces)
