Globat.com is a major internet webpage host. For a modest annual payment, Globat permits any person or company, big or small, to have a presence on the internet. For less than US $ 5/month, Globat will host an unlimited # of websites, unlimited email accounts and 50 databases. Usage is almost unconstrained, allowing unlimited storage space and unlimited bandwidth. For under US $20 per month, a commerce plan named ShopSite Plus is included along with unlimited MySQL databases.

Various Issue Situations
1. GLOBAT set the query limit
A few years ago, Globat thought that my site was using too much computer time, so they restricted usage, by setting the query limit to a low number. I contacted them and agreed to use it less. The cause of these computer usage was when I was indexing all of my articles to enable a major searches across all my articles. They removed the restriction. 2. MySQL DataBase functions changed
The version of MySQL used by Globat stopped accepting the function named mysql_connect() and mysql_select_db . I converted the function names to mysqli_connect() and mysqli_select_db and did not change any parameters. I also added code to display the parameters used in the calls. It still said "Failed to connect to MySQL. I asked for the query limit to be reset. This did not resolve the issue. Globat then provided me with some functioning code. As I was testing this new code, my webpage magically began to function correctly. I'm sure that Globat changed some sort of control.

Thank you for your reply. I have confirmed that Mysql service is actively running your account and database connection string is connecting fine as well. I have uploaded the file 'DBtest.php' with simple database code and which is loading fine at http://www.ephotocaption.com/DBtest.php . It looks to be an issue with script or function which you are using in your website. Can you please reach web developer regarding your issue.
3. CGI parameters
I discovered that PHP routines were not being accessed. The error said "File not found" indicating to me that the php routines were not in the correct directory. After Globat reset the CGI parameters, the PHP routines were able to be accessed.
4. Erroneous "Domain has expired"
On 2019 Feb 16, Globat erroneously showed the status of my domains hosted by them as shown below. Agent Aaron created ticke # 11045614 and assured me that it would provide results in 24 to 72 hours. Does this mean that no-one will start working on it for at least 24 hours?
On 2019 Feb 21 at 03:51, Mahima at Globat Support chat said "Rover is perfect". He said that he could replicate it. I told him the ticket # at 03:58.

5. FTP not working
I tried to use FTP (via FileZilla) to update a web page. But the following message was received :Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS. The problem was the password. It also said "Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server" RESOLVED.
6. index.html not refreshing
Issue: html in first frame defined by index.html would not refresh. (version I seen, not M)

Solution: Globat or I can disable server cache. But should turn it on again after problem is fixed.
I will do the following: Chrome-Settings-Clear Browsing data- Advanced-Browsing History-Clear Data.
you can enable server cache under additional tools of control panel
I can control this by selecting:
select web cache control tools
It was 15 minutes for html and rest all were 4 hours. You can set to any values you wish
at 2019GJul 06 9:06 EST, Rep said it would take an hour or so for the fix to happen.

Resolution: It was my fault, index.html had not been updated.
7. ImageCreate not enabled in php.ini

She says: would you like to uncomment the extension=php_gd2.dll this line in your php.ini file? Yes
I could do this myself at:

But I asked Babitha to do it for me.
Resolution: It worked fine after she changed it.

2. Select dbdata and userData table
3. Select Search
4. Add search conditions: object="ePC_Articles2.jpg"
5. Click Go
6. View or edit the contents of UserData:text
