Welcome To Our Community

Our condominium association is a 55+ condo
community in Bradenton, Florida. It is comprised
of 250 residential units in 18 2-storey
buildings built in 1977. Unit 2 (to the north)
does not belong to Unit 1. Sales of condominiums
must be approved by the association. There is a
limit to the number of condominium units that may
be owned by any one individual or corporation.

Our building numbers are shown on the diagram
below. On-Line payment of fees is not yet available.

This Website design is copywrited (c) by David KC Cole in 2019. When it is used with one or more email addresses and at least one password, it is designed to satisfy the absolute minimum requirements of the Condo Website Law as defined in the Florida Condominium Act on July 1, 2018. When using a single password, each condominium association with over 150 members must be able to change the password if a unit changes ownership. The original date of required compliance was July 1, 2018. Note that neither explanation (of this Florida condo website law) listed below mentions any postponement beyond Jan 1, 2019.
